Who We Are

Our approach to AI aligns with that of one of the “Scouts” described in The Last Invention podcasts — we support the narrow path between “a future of limitless potential and one of irreversible loss” as we develop our AI-based GRC tools.

We believe that as AI absorbs routine cognitive work, the human capacities for judgment, ethical reasoning, and moral imagination don’t become less relevant — they become the rarest and most valuable things we have. That conviction sits at the heart of everything we build. Our AI tools are not designed to replace the professionals who use them, but to serve as genuine collaborators: bringing perspective, processing power, and pattern recognition, while leaving the decisions that truly matter — the ones that require purpose, wisdom, and accountability — squarely in human hands.

What We Do

With that in mind, our AI tools are designed to partner with and provide meaningful assistance to individuals working in the GRC space to:

1. Navigate through the vast research and development activities taking place in the field of AI;
2. Become proficient in using existing LLMs to accomplish governance, regulatory, and compliance (GRC) tasks associated with their work; and
3. Become experts in developing their professional lives by exploiting AI to ensure their work remains indispensable in the future.

Where We Are

Reign GRC is an LLC based in San Diego, California, USA. We operate as a virtual organization with extensive support from agentic AI — practicing what we preach.
